Item availability - The item availability is listed in the product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping bag. Colors and sizes that are unavailable will not be available to select. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail if the 14 BUSINESS days has passed which is our shipping time frame.
How Do I know my size? - We try to include as much accurate sizing information for each product as possible. You can simply look under the description of your item or as most items have a size reference/chart. If not, there is a picture of that particular size chart in photos. If you feel as though you are between sizes please select the higher size. If you need additional assistance selecting the proper size, please contact customer service by email, phone or chat. We also offer customer support via our social media outlets.
Which payment methods do you accept? - We accept all major credit/debit cards. We recommend checking out with pay-pal and you will NOT need an account to purchase. Please select the link below that states pay with a debit or credit card once you are redirected to pay-pal after selecting check out.
How can I track my order? - USPS.com - Once your order has been shipped you'll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.
When will my order be shipped? - Please allow 2-7 BUSINESS days (does not include holiday or weekends) for your order to be SHIPPED out of our warehouse. Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You may track your package on USPS.COM.

7-15 Business days for delivery. Delivery can be anytime sooner. This is just an estimated standard time. Please note there is one flate rate for all international shipping regardless of the amount of pieces purchased the same flat rate will be accessed. We worked out a flat rate with the carriers to offer affordable shipping as we have lots of clientele overseas. This shipping rate is non-refundable.

Do you offer express or overnight shipping? - We do offer express delivery service between 2-3 business days. (Please allow 5 incase of any delays)

What happens if I put the incorrect address on my order? - If you already received a tracking number you will need to contact the USPS and have them route it back to you if they are able to they will. In the case they are unable too you will need to wait until your order is received back into our warehouse and you will be issued a refund for the subtotal not including the shipping. It is very important that you double check your address before checking out. Thank you.
What happens if my product is damaged? You have 48 hours to notify of us any damages. We cannot hold responsibility for any damages after this time period. Please make sure to try on your garment within 24 hours or receipt. You will need to email us a photo to email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt.
